INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD TO CONTINUE CONTRACT FOR STAFF CONSULTANT SERVICES

RESOLUTION #03-043

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners authorized funds within the FY 2003 budget to continue a contract for staff consultant services; and

WHEREAS, ProTemps, Inc. has been the contractor for these staff consultant services; and

WHEREAS, the current authorization is through December of 2002.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners does hereby approve the continuation of a contract with ProTemps, Inc. for staff consultant services for the Community Corrections Advisory Board from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contract funds will come from the CCAB 2003 budget at a cost not to exceed $53,221.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Ingham County Board of Commissioners and the County Clerk are authorized to sign any contract documents consistent with this resolution and approved as to form by the County Attorney.
